Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. That’s why we offer flexibility with cancellations. If you cancel 72 hours or more before the scheduled drop-off, there’s no penalty. For cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance, there will be a $85 charge per pet.
Vaccination Requirements for Boarding
To protect the health and safety of all our boarders, we require up-to-date vaccinations. You can provide proof of vaccines before or at the time of drop-off. For dogs, we require:
- Rabies (one to three years)
- Distemper (one to three years)
- Bordetella (every six months)
- Bivalent Canine Flu (required starting Oct 1, 2018)
For cats:
- Rabies (one to three years)
- Distemper (one to three years)
Additionally, all pets must have a current annual fecal exam on record. We recommend scheduling vaccinations at least two weeks prior to boarding, as many vaccines take 14 to 28 days to take full effect. If your pet doesn’t meet these requirements, we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
